August 23, 2026: Ecumenical Outdoor Worship at Shore Park in Worcester!
All are welcome to this Ecumenical Worship on the water’s edge at Shore Park in Worcester (85 Shore Drive).
Starting time: 10:00 AM!
Bring: lawn chairs, sunscreen, sun hat or umbrella, games, swimming gear and towel if you want to swim after worship.
Food: Share it, eat it! All churches are asked to bring Picnic POTLUCK deliciousness to share.
Who: First Congregational Church of Auburn, Bethel Lutheran Church, Salem Covenant Church, First Congregational Church of Worcester, and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Worcester.
Staff: Five pastors, multiple musicians from the churches and area, staff and lifeguards from the city when the beachfront opens at noon.
Parking and location: There is plenty of parking, and we will be worshipping on a flat surface overlooking the lake, suitable for all ages and mobilities.
Bathrooms: Yes, there are real bathrooms!
